inMultifamily allows you to define when and how often an activated scenario executes.

  1. Go to the scenario detail page

  2. Open the Schedule setting panel under the Options tab.

  3. Click Scheduling.

Schedule setting panel

Inside inMultifamily, the schedule setting panel allows you to modify the running schedule of a scenario. The default setting runs the scenario every 15 minutes, but this panel provides the ability to customize the run schedule and interval according to your specific requirements.

Run the inMultifamily scenario

You can select the following schedule options:

  • Immediately

  • At regular intervals

  • Once

  • Every day

  • Days of the week

  • Days of the month

  • Specified dates

  • On demand

When selecting any of the scheduling options within inMultifamily, it may be necessary to further specify how often you want the run to occur. For instance, if you choose the "At regular intervals" option, you will need to define the time interval (in minutes) between two consecutive scenario runs.

The minimal interval length will depend on the specifics of your subscription plan.

The "Immediately" option is only available for certain triggers. For more information about triggers, please refer to the "Types of Modules" help guide.

With the "On demand scheduling" option, your scenario will be ready to be triggered either by an API call or by clicking the "Run once" button. This scheduling option does not involve any set schedule, and the scenario will only run when you initiate it manually.

Start and end date

To define the time range in which an activated scenario runs, check the Show advanced settings box and fill in the Start and End date.
